Bonjoro app is a companion app that allows users to send Video messages from their mobile devices. This app is available on both Apple Appstore and Google Play store. This case study explores my process in redesigning Bonjoro companion app.
After completing rebranding and renewal of the marketing site, I moved onto reskinning Bonjoro platform. However, this was not just a simple reskin project as Bonjoro has decided to sell separate subscriptions for Video messaging and Testimonials, which meant that the platform that was sharing features across Video messaging and Testimonials needed to be separated including billing and upgrading. This case study covers my design process and problem solving journey to reskin and split out Video messaging and Testimonials on Bonjoro platform.
Bonjoro Testimonial was developed to turn linear and flat typical customer journeys into more intuitive full circle by allowing collection, management and publishing (sharing) of testimonials easier than ever. This needs to be both B2B and B2C as we are creating a tool our own users can use to send to their own customers for both collection of testimonials and publishing of the collected.
